At Saibo, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit in the following situations:

• An incorrect item has been delivered to you that does not match the item in your confirmation email.
• The item you purchased has a manufacturing defect.
• The item is the wrong size and is eligible for a size exchange only.
• Please note that customised items and items on sale are not eligible for exchange or return.

To be eligible for an exchange or return, the item must be in its original condition with the tags and packaging intact and must not have been used. To initiate an exchange or return, please email us at connect@saibolifestyle.com with the subject "Order Number + Exchange/Return" within 5 days of receiving the item.

In the case of a defect in the product

We will require clear videos or pictures of the parcel opening. Once our team approves the defect, you will need to ship the product back to our address and we will process your request upon receipt.

Please note:

• Products with 10-15% colour difference do not fall in the defective product.
• We can only process one exchange or return request per item.

If you would like us to arrange a reverse pick-up, it will be at an additional cost. Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping charges for the exchange or return.

Refunds and cancellations will not be accepted once an order has been placed as the products are sent into production.

If you need to make changes to your order such as your size, delivery address, or phone number, please contact us at connect@saibolifestyle.com with the subject "Order Number + Revised information" before the item has been shipped.

We do not accept exchanges or returns on international orders. If you have any size-related questions, please feel free to contact us before placing your order.
